Josey, 14, is quite simply the best dog in the world. She has been running by my side since the day we met and I feel honored to have fallen in love with trail running alongside this beast. Josey is the inspiration behind everything I do and the name sake of Josey's Coaching! 

Riley, 8, is my wonderful little arctic hound. Equally mischievous and adorable, her light hearted goofiness provides critical doses of daily laughter. Riley is constantly trying to keep up with Josey and comes to life in the winter - she will take skiing over running any day!
