Running
WHY I RUN
Movement is a fundamental part of animal life and shapes the way each and everyone of us interacts with the world. As a wildlife biologist and coach, this understanding allows me to prioritize running as a vital part of everyday life. Running is an amazing vehicle to explore limits and chase potential in both sport and life; it helps me grow as a human and brings me immeasurable joy!
